This static website does not load external fonts, advertising networks, social-media plugins or third-party JavaScript libraries. It contains no contact form and its website code uses neither Local Storage nor Session Storage. No technically unnecessary cookies are set.

3. Hosting by IONOS

This website is hosted under the Starter Membership / Deploy Now plan by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, IONOS processes technical access data required to deliver the requested content and to ensure security, stability and error analysis.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and efficient operation of this online service. Where IONOS processes data on our behalf, this takes place under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

4. IONOS WebAnalytics

IONOS WebAnalytics is active on this website. According to the current information from IONOS, statistical data is determined through a pixel or a log file. WebAnalytics does not use cookies. The IP address is transmitted when a page is requested, anonymised immediately afterwards and subsequently processed without personal reference.

The following technical access data is collected:

• referrer, meaning the previously visited website,
• the requested website or file,
• browser type and browser version,
• the operating system used,
• the type of device used,

• the IP address in anonymised form; according to IONOS, it is used only to determine the location of access.

5. Contact by email

Email communication and the mailbox kontakt@stickborne-studio.com are operated by IONOS. If you contact us, we process the data you submit, in particular your email address, your name if provided, the content of your message, attachments and the communication data required for delivery.

Processing takes place to handle your enquiry. Depending on its content, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. Our legitimate interest lies in reliably processing and documenting communication.

We delete enquiries once they have been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations or legitimate grounds for further storage apply. IONOS may receive the data required for hosting and email as a technical service provider and processor.

The current website code does not store information on your device or read information already stored there in a way that requires consent under Section 25 TDDDG. Opening a mailto: link takes place in the email application configured on your device.
